Ninesift is provided “as is”. It applies the rules in the IRS instructions for Forms 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC to the payment records you provide. It is not tax advice and doesn't file, mail or TIN-match anything. You remain responsible for your records, for checking every decision and amount, and for what you file. Ninesift is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the IRS, Intuit or Xero.

Free plan

The free plan lets you check payment files of any size and see totals and a limited number of full payee rows, for personal or business use.

Pro

Pro is licensed per person. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the 7-day pass expires after 7 days. Refunds are available within 14 days if Ninesift can't read your payments file or works out a decision incorrectly.

Acceptable use

Don't resell or redistribute license keys.

Trademarks

QuickBooks, Xero, Excel and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. Avalara 1099 and Tax1099 are mentioned only for comparison. Ninesift is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
